Vote to pass a bill that prohibits deceptive advertisements at anti-abortion centers.

Highlights:

• Classifies making or distributing an advertisement to the public or causes an advertisement to be made or distributed to the public that indicates a person provides abortions, emergency contraceptive, or referrals for abortions and emergency contraceptives when they do not as a deceptive trade practice (Sec. 2). 

• Specifies that a license, registrant, or certificate that provides, prescribes, administers, or attempts to medication abortion reversal is engaging in unprofessional conduct or is subject to discipline pursuant (Sec. 3). 

• Specifies that if the Colorado Medical Board, the State Board of Pharmacy, and the State Board of Nursing all agree that it is in acceptable standard of practice to engage in medication abortion reversal then the license, registrant, or certificate that provides, prescribes, administers, or attempts to medication abortion reversal is not engaging in unprofessional conduct or is subject to discipline pursuant (Sec. 3).
