Vote to concur with house amendments and pass a bill that prohibits the use of Tik-Tok on state-owned devices.
Prohibits the use or download of any social media platform owned by a foreign adversary by any state employee on any state agency device or equipment capable of internet connection (Sec. 2).
Defines “foreign adversary” as a foreign government or foreign nongovernmental entity as listed on January 1, 2023 (Sec. 2).
