  • Requires sports wagering licensee or service provider to implement reasonable procedures to ensure that nobody under 18 has access to sports wagering either in person or online (Sec. 4). 

  • Requires the account registration process created by a sports wagering licensee or service provider have a mechanism to verify the following (Sec. 4): 

    • The name and age of the patron; 

    • That the patron is not prohibited from placing a wager for any reason; 

    • A physical address other than a post office box; 

    • A phone number; 

    • An email address; and

    • A unique username 

  • Authorizes sports waging on the following events (Sec. 5): 

    • Professional sporting events; 

    • NCAA and IA sanctioned college sports; 

    • Ameature sporting events; 

    • International sporting events, like the olympics and the world cup; 

    • Electronic sports, e-sports, and other competitive video game events; and 

    • Any other event authorized by the racing commission.
