Vote to pass a bill that repeals state right-to-work laws for private sector workers.
Repeals previously established state right-to-work laws for private sector workers (Sec. 2).
Authorizes employers and labor organizations to enter into a collective bargaining agreement that requires all private employees in the bargaining unit share equally in the financial support of the bargaining representative (Sec. 2).
Appropriates $1 million for fiscal year 2023-2024 to the department of labor and economic opportunity for all expenses and inquiries related to this bills enactment (Sec. 2).
