Title: Requires Transgender Student Athletes Play Against Those of Their Biological Sex

  • Prohibits a college or college sports team from retaliating against a person for reporting a violation of this act (Sec. 1). 

  • Authorizes bringing a civil action against a college or college sports team that is in violation of this act (Sec.1). 

  • Requires The Texas Higher Education Coordinating Board to adopt rules in accordance with this section (Sec. 1).
