Highlights:

• Establishes the voter registration and secure voter records act of 2023 to improve and secure the process of collection of voter registration by third-party voter registration organizations (Sec. 1).

• Requires the secretary of state to ensure the security and accuracy of the statewide voter registration list by providing them the authority to utilize citizenship verification services and remove noncitizens (Sec. 3).

• Amends previous law to authorize the State Board of Elections to perform election audits annually by December 31, and make the audit results publicly available (Sec. 13).
