• Increases various penalties for reckless driving to the following, including (Sec. 2-4): 

• $50-400 for first offense; and

• $100-1,000 for second and subsequent offenses within 4 years of the first offense;

• Increases penalties for reckless driving that causes great bodily harm from a Class I to a Class H felony with a fine of up to $10,000 and 3-6 year prison sentence (Sec. 2-4).
