Vote to pass a bill that amends restrictions on adult oriented businesses to include all sexually explicit performances.

Highlights:

• Requires the board of supervisors to provide for the regulations for drag shows and drag show performers in conjunction with the establishment or operation of adult oriented businesses and facilities (Sec. 1). 

• Prohibits adult oriented businesses from being held within a quarter mile of a child care facility, a private, public or charter school, a public playground, a public recreational facility, a residence, or a place of worship (Sec. 8). 

• Prohibits drag shows from being held between the hours of 1:00 AM and 8:00 AM on Monday through Saturday and between 1:00 AM and 12:00 PM on Sunday (Sec. 8). 

• Specifies that this section does not prohibit counties from making their own regulations around drag shows that are at least as restrictive as the above rule (Sec. 8).
