Vote to pass a bill that requires an individual obtain a "valid entertainer permit" from the adult-oriented establishment board prior to performing adult cabaret entertainment.

• Defines “adult cabaret entertainment” as entertainment suitable for mature audiences, including entertainment erotic in nature, and featuring go-go dancers, exotic dancers, topless dancers, male or female impersonators, or similar entertainers (Sec. 1).

• Defines “compensation” as salary, wage, fee, payment, reimbursement, or other valuable consideration (Sec. 1).

• Prohibits an individual from providing adult cabaret entertainment for compensation without a valid permit issued by the board (Sec. 4).
