Vote to pass a bill that repeals state right-to-work laws for public sector workers.

Highlights:

• Repeals previously established state right-to-work laws for public sector workers (Sec. 9)

• Authorizes public employers and bargaining representatives to enter into a collective bargaining agreement that requires all public employees in the bargaining unit share equally in the financial support of the bargaining representative (Sec. 10).

• Prohibits this bill from limiting an agreement that requires public employees to as a condition of employment pay a membership due or service fee (Sec. 10).

• Appropriates $1 million for fiscal year 2023-2024 to the department of labor and economic opportunity for all expenses and inquries related to this bills enactment (Sec. 10)
