Vote to pass a bill that prohibits undocumented individuals from certain land ownership in the state.

Highlights:

• Defines “agricultural land” as land capable of use in the production of agricultural crops, livestock, or livestock products, poultry products, milk or dairy products, or fruit or other horticultural products (Sec. 1).

• Defines “nonresident alien” as any non U.S. citizen or legal permanent resident individual (Sec. 1).

• Prohibits nonresident aliens from acquiring directly or indirectly any possessory interest in agricultural land or land within a 25 mile radius of any military base, military installation, or military airport, but authorizes them to acquire possessory interest in land elsewhere (Sec. 1).
