• Establishes a state Prosecuting Attorney Oversight Commission to review every individual case in which probable “for cause” for prosecution exists, and make a prosecutorial decision available to the public (Sec. 1-2).

• Specifies that the commission shall consist of 8 members appointed by the state supreme court by October 1, 2023, with 5 members being divided into an investigative panel, and 3 members being divided into a hearing panel (Sec. 2).
