Vote to pass a bill that authorizes religious or conscience exemptions for certain vaccines.

Highlights:

• Requires the following entities and individuals to accept without question or malice any religious or conscience exemption provided for vaccination and immunization, including (Sec. 1):

• A state agency;

• Any political subdivision;

• Any individual licensed or registered to provide care;

• Any licensed health care provider; or

• Any other organization or entity licensed by the state.

• Establishes that this bill shall take effect upon its passage and approval by the governor (Sec. 4).
