Vote to pass a bill that establishes drone trespassing as a crime.

Highlights:

• Establishes that an individual shall commit the act of criminal trespassing by unmanned arieal vehicle if they knowingle cause the unmanned aerial vehicle to fly 200 feet or lower over the property or residence of another individual without their authorization (Sec. 1).

• Exempts the operation of unmanned aerial aircrafts by a unit or agency of the federal government, including for contract work, for the purpose of public safety (Sec. 1).

• Establishes that this bill shall take effect upon passage and approval by the governor (Sec. 3).
