Vote to pass a bill that prohibits abortion causing drugs unless in cases of a medical emergency.
Highlights:

Prohibits any individual from knowingly adminstering, perscribing, delivering, or selling any medicine, drug, or other substance with the specific intent of causing an abortion unless in cases of rape or incest or to save the life of the pregnant individual (Sec. 44-41-830).

Specifies that an individual who violates these aforementioned provisions shall be guilty of a felony, fined $10,000, imprisoned for not more than 2 years, or both (Sec. 44-41-830).
