Vote to pass a bill that prohibits the use of TikTok on state government devices.

Highlights:

• Prohibits download or use of TikTok by any “executive branch employee, executive branch agency, or person or entity who contracts with the Commonwealth” on (a) Commonwealth-owned, operated, or controlled network or (b) Commonwealth-issued technological device (Sec. 1).

• Establishes similar restrictions on General Assembly, members, employees, and contractors (Sec. 1).

• Authorizes judicial branch to establish similar restrictions “on any device connected to any network owned, operated, or otherwise under the control of judicial branch of state government” (Sec. 1).
