Vote to pass a bill that authorizes cities with expired Renaissance Zone community revitalization areas to reapply to the program.

Highlights:

• Specifies that if a cities renaissance zone has expired they may reapply for the subsequent renaissance zone in the same manner as the original renaissance zone is formed (Sec. 1).

• Authorizes taxpayers eligible for a property or income tax incentive under this bill for zone projects that are incomplete immediately preceding the expiration of the renaissance zone designation to continue to receive the incentive for the time they were originally eligible (Sec. 1).
