• Amends state alcohol laws to authorize larger public airports all-beverage licensees and the Yellowstone Airport in West Yellowstone, which currently has a beer and wine license only, to serve alcohol without needing floor-to-ceiling separation from other businesses (Sec. 2).

• Authorizes alcohol to be consumed within the aforementioned licensed business if the business can show it has safeguards such as locking front doors, cabinets, rolling gates, or key card access to prevent the public access (Sec. 2).

• Specifies that this bill shall become effective upon passage and approval (Sec. 8).
