Title: Establishes that Minors Under 16 Can Receive a Hunting License Without Parental Approval
Vote to pass a bill that establishes that minors under 16 can receive a hunting license without parental approval.
Specifies that the following licenses/permits are subject to the regulations of this bill: sport or commercial fishing, live bait dealers, musseling, resident hunting, trapping, taxidermist, commercial guide, buyers, fur processor, game, trout, bird, or sportsman (Sec. 1).
Specifies that individuals with disabilities or individuals from 16-18 years of age shall be eligible for receiving services or reimbursements (Sec. 1).
Establishes that the Department shall provide control of the design, issuance, and distribution of all licenses and permits (Sec. 2).
Establishes that the Department shall have administrative responsibility for agents who sell the specified licenses and permits (Sec. 2).
Prohibits the modification of licenses/permits or falsification of information on a license/permit (Sec. 2).
Establishes that the Department shall be allowed to experiment with computerized or other improved forms of license and permit sales (Sec. 2).
Specifies the punishments for those individuals who violate the provisions of this bill (Sec. 3).
