Vote to pass a bill that prohibits the non-vaccinated terminated persons from being denied unemployment benefits.

Highlights:

• Specifies that an unemployed individual is eligible to receive benefits with respect to any week only if the department finds that the individual (Sec. 23-771):

• Has registered for work and has continued to report at an employment office in accordance with the regulations prescribed by the department;

• Has made a claim for benefits in accordance with section;

• Is able to work;

• Has been unemployed for a waiting period of one week; or

• Has been paid wages for insured work.
