Vote to pass a bill that exempts state licensed residential facilities from conditional use permits.
Specifies the laws regarding local units of government regulating the development and use of land and to provide for the adoption of zoning ordinances (Page 1).
Defines what is a valid residential use of property for the purposes of zoning and a permitted use in all residential zones (Page 2).
