Vote to concur with House amendments and pass that establishes regulations for retail alcohol licenses and food delivery services.
Authorizes Class B, Class C, Special Class C, or Class E retail alcohol licensees “to sell beer and wine to consumers at retail for consumption off the premises” (Page 9).
Authorizes Special Class B native wine licensees to sell native wine at retail for consumption off premises, effective January 1, 2023 (Page 11).
Increases alcoholic beverage control fee from $50 to $200 (Page 11).
Reduces renewal fee for Class A native distilled spirits license (Page 17).
Amends alcohol percentages of canned cocktails and high alcoholic content beers (Page 19).
