  • Specifies that “sporting event” does now include events for primary or secondary schools or events that involve participants under 18 years of age (Sec. 3775.01).

  • Authorizes sports gaming and betting on both collegiate or professional athletic or sporting event in the state of Ohio for individuals 18 years and older and specifies that the Ohio casino control commission shall have jurisdiction over all individuals conducting or participating in sports gaming or betting (Sec. 3775.25).
