Vote to pass a bill that exempts certain drugs from prescription requirements; authorizes reproductive education programs.

Highlights:

• Exempts drugs containing pseudoephedrine or ephedrine or a salt, isomer, or salt of an isomer of pseudoephedrine or ephedrine from prescription requirements to an individual 18 years of age or older (Sec. 2).

• Authorizes the Oregon Health Authority to implement reproductive health services adn education programs and provide funding for reproductive health services and education in the state (Sec. 9).
