• Requires the Natural Resources Agency to implement their targets on or by Jan. 1, 2024 including:

• Reduction of super pollutants;

• Seting the goal of 5 million zero-emissions vehicles;

• Moving California to 100% clean energy;

• Reducing up to 5 million metric tons of greenhouse gas emissions (Sec. 2).
