• Prohibits unfair, unconscionable or deceptive methods, acts, or practices in doncudct of trade or commerce in the state, including, but not limited to (Sec. 3):

• Causing a probability of confusion or misunderstanding of the source, sponsorship, approval, or certification of the goods or services;

• Using deceptive representations or designations of geographic origin in connection with goods or services; 

• Representing that goods or services have sponsorship, approval characteristics, or ingredients that they do not; or

• Representing goods as new if they are deteriorated, altered, reconditioned, used, or secondhand.
