Vote to amend and pass a bill that prohibits sharing "sexually explicit" education material to students in public and private school.

Highlights:

• Prohibits any educational employee from producing or sharing "sexually explicit education material” to students in public or private school and establishes violations as a Class A misdemeanor (Pg. 51).

• Defines “explicit sexual material” as any pictorial, three dimensional, or visual depiction, including photagraphy, film. video, picture, or computer-generated image, showing human masturbation, deviate sexual intercourse, sexual intercourse, direct physical stimulation of genitals, sadomasochistic abuse, or emphasizing the depitction of postpubertal human genitals (Pg. 51).

• Exempts works of art that when taken as a whole have serious artistic significance, or works of anthropological significance, or materials used in science courses (Pg. 51).
