Highlights:

• Prohibits employers from “[taking] an adverse employment action against any employee who is employed in a manufacturing establishment that is classified within the North American Industry Classification System under code 3118 and who refuses to work a mandatory overtime shift unless the employer has provided the employee with at least five days’ advance notice of the overtime shift, including the date and time of the overtime shift” (Page 3).

• Authorizes enforcement by Commissioner of the Bureau of Labor and Industries (Page 4).
