Vote to pass a bill that establishes the Community Energy Efficiency Development Block Grant Act to implement energy efficiency measures in low-income households.

• Establishes the Community Energy Efficiency Development Block Grant Act (Sec. 1, Pg. 1).

• Establishes the Community Energy Efficiency Development Program to be administered by the Energy Conservation and Management Division within the Energy, Minerals, and Natural Resources Department (Sec. 3, Pgs. 3 & 4).
