Vote to pass a bill that limits where homeless people may sleep.
Amends provisions relating to salaries of county employees and officials (e.g. sheriff, coroner) (Page 2-8).
Requires deed recording documents to include grantor martial status (Page 10).
Specifies requirements for neighborhood improvement districts (Page 11-20).
Limits uses of State funds for homeless; requires homeless persons to camp only in “designated” areas (Page 20).
Limits each person’s occupation of such area to 2 years (Page 21).
