• Expands legal protections for reproductive and gender-affirming health care services into legally-protected health care activities (Sec. 1).

• Defines “legally-protected health care activity” as the excersise or enjoyment by any individual of their right to reproductive health care services or gender-affirming health care services that are secured by the state constitution or laws of the commonwealth (Sec. 1).
