• Amends state worker compensation benefit laws to increase necessary and reasonable funeral expense costs from $10,000 to $12,000 (Sec. 2).

• Amends state worker compensation benefit laws to increase death benefit funds to raise the deceased inviduals children from $20,000 to $150,000 if there is no widow or widower and specifies it shall be payable until the child is 23 years of age unless extended under a judicial act (Sec. 2).

• Amends state worker compensation benefit laws to increase amounts paid to surviving widow or widowers from $5,000 to $8,000 (Sec. 2).
