Title: Establishes New Requirements for Firearm Manufacturer Licenses
Vote to pass a bill that establishes new requirements for firearm manufacturer licenses.
Prohibits any person, firm, or corporation from manufacturing more than 3 firearms in the State in a calendar year unless they are properly licensed (Sec. 1, Pg. 1).
Prohibits any person, firm, or corporation from manufacturing firearms, parts, or precursors in the State unless they are properly licensed (Sec. 1, Pgs 1 & 2).
Establishes record reporting requirements for licensed firearm manufacturers that cease operations (Sec. 1, Pg. 2).
Specifies that a violation of the above provisions is a misdemeanor (Sec. 1, Pg. 2).
Specifies that no reimbursement is required by this act (Sec. 2, Pg. 2).
