  • Requires the State Budget Officer to allocate to the appropriate boards and department funds for the purposes of disbursing to public school employees (Sec. 1, Pgs. 2 & 3).

  • Requires each certified K-12 public school employee at every city and county public school system and teachers at the Department of Youth Services School District to receive a 4% salary increase beginning with the fiscal year starting October 1, 2022, and each fiscal year thereafter (Sec. 1, Pg. 3).
