Vote to pass a bill that authorizes and regulates the sale of medical marijuana.

Highlights:

• Repeals penalties for marijuana distribution, use or possession for medical marijuana businesses, medical marijuana business inspection agencies, and qualified patients (Sec. 2).

• Establishes the Division of Medicinal Cannabis to implement, operate, oversee and regulate medical marijuana programs (Sec. 3).

• Prohibits use of medical marijuana while operating a vehicle, in a workplace/professional setting, or at a school (Sec. 6).

• Prohibits discrimination in education, employment, or housing against medical marijuana users (Sec. 8).
