  • Prohibits the distribution of pesticides that contain intentionally added PFAS (Sec. 4, Pg. 2).

  • Prohibits any individual from using any of the abovementioned pesticides (Sec. 5, Pg. 3).

  • Prohibits any individual from destroying the label of, misusing, or adding any substance to a pesticide (Sec. 5, Pg. 2).

  • Prohibits any individual from disposing of or storing pesticides in a manner that can endanger humans, food, crop, or livestock (Sec. 5, Pg. 3).

  • Specifies that pesticides include any substance or mixture intended as a plant regulator, bug repellent, or spray adjuvant (Sec. 1, Pg. 1).
