Vote to concur with Senate amendments and pass a bill that authorizes 17-year-olds to serve alcohol.
Authorizes 17-year-old employees to serve alcohol in a restaurant setting, as long as (Sec. 1):
They have completed an alcoholic beverage serving training program; and
They are working with supervisors who are 18 or older.
Specifies that the minimum age to provide alcohol in a retail setting, such as a grocery or convenience store, remains 18 (Sec. 1).
