Title: Establishes Income Tax Rebates
Vote to pass a bill that establishes income tax rebates.
Establishes income tax rebate payments for fiscal year 2021 to be paid as follows (Sec. 1):
One payment before June 30, 2022; $500 for head of household or married individuals filing jointly and $250 for single individuals
A second payment between August 1 and August 30, 2022; $500 for head of household or married individuals filing jointly and $250 for single individuals.
Establishes a Human Services Program to distribute relief funds to individuals who do not qualify for income tax rebates on a first-come, first served basis, as long as (Sec. 2):
They were at least 18 in any part of 2021;
They file an application before May 31, 2023.
