Vote to adopt a conference report and pass a bill that authorizes school departments and corporations to hire non-union employees that are not covered by collective bargaining agreements.

• Authorizes an adjunct permit to an individual if the following minimum requirements are met (Sec. 11):

• Individual has at least 4 years of experience in the content area which the individual intends to teach;

• The school corporation conducts an expanded criminal history check; and

• The individual has not been convicted of a felony.
