Highlights:

• Authorizes a health care provider licensed in the state may provide health care services within the health care providers authorized scope of practice to a patient in the state through telehealth without first conducting an in person visit (Sec. 1).

• Authorizes the board to establish guidelines for rendering a diagnosis, providing treatment, or prescribing, dispensing, or administering a prescription drug to an individual without conducting a physical examination (Sec.5).
