Highlights:

• Authorizes the State Treasurer to transfer $215,580,000 from the Cash Reserve FUnd to the Nebraska Construction Fund (Sec. 1).

• Authorizes the State Treasurer to transfer $8,300,000 from the Cash Reserve Fund to the Trail Development and Maintenance Fund (Sec. 1).

• Authorizes the State Treasurer to transfer $30,000,000 from the Cash Reserve Fund to the Rural Workforce Housing Investment (Sec. 1).

• Authorizes the State Treasurer to transfer $20,000,000 to the Intern Nebraska Cash Fund (Sec. 1).

•  Authorizes the State Treasurer to transfer $20,000,000 from the Cash Reserve Fund to the Middle Income Workforce Housing Investment Fund (Sec. 1). 

• Authorizes the State Treasurer to transfer $80,000,000 from the Cash Reserve Fund to the Jobs and Economic Development Initiative Fund (Sec. 1). 

• Authorizes the State Treasurer to transfer $20,000,000 from the Cash Reserve Fund to the Site and BUilding Development Fund (Sec. 1).

• Authorizes the State Treasurer to transfer $50,000,000 from the Cash Reserve Fund to the Surface Water Irrigation Infrastructure Fund (Sec. 1).
