  • Authorizes any eligible taxpayer that intends to undertake an aerospace manufacturing project may apply to the commissioner for certification of such a project as a certified aerospace manufacturing project (Page 7).

  • Specifies in order to receive certification, an eligible taxpayer shall apply to the commissioner, in a form acceptable to the commissioner and including such information as prescribed by the commissioner, including, but not limited to (Page 8):
