    • 8 weeks if state unemployment is below 3.05 percent.

  • Defines “Missouri unemployment rate” as the statewide unemployment rate as published by the United States Department of Labour, Bureau of Labor Statistics, on the date that the claimant initially files a claim for benefits (Sec. A).
