Vote to pass a bill that authorizes sports betting in the state of Missouri.

Highlights:

• Authorizes sports betting in the state of Missouri and exempts sports wagering from being including in the definition for adjusted gross receipts (Sec. A).

• Amends the definition of “game of skill” to include sports wagering and exempts sports gambling from the definition of “gambling game” (Sec. A).

• Requires the Missouri Gaming Commission to, in cooperation with the Department of Mental Healh, develop an annual research report in order to assess the social and economic effects of sports betting and gaming in the state and submit it to the Governor (Sec. A).
