Vote to concur with House amendments and pass a bill that limits the discussion of "divisive concepts" relating to race.
Limits proliferation in schools of race-related “divisive concepts” (Page 4).
Requires all local school boards to adopt complaint resolution policies regarding such concepts (Page 5).
Authorizes complainants, parents, etc. to request school records (Page 9).
Requires athletic associations of high schools funded by Quality Basic Education Act to submit to executive oversight committees (Page 13).
Authorizes such associations to restrict student participation based on gender (Page 15).
