Title: Prohibits Certain Vaccine-Related Requirements
Vote to pass a bill that limits certain vaccine-related requirements.
Prohibits a state agency, employee of the state, or an agent of the state from requiring an individual to produce COVID-19 vaccination documentation or a COVID-19 immunity passport in order to travel within the state (Sec. 2).
Prohibits a government entity from refusing, withholding, or denying an individual any local or state services, goods, facilities, educational opportunities, healthcare access, or employment opportunities based on their COVID-19 vaccination status or whether they have a COVID-19 immunity passport (Sec. 2).
Authorizes an individual to object from receiving a COVID-19 vaccine based on religious, medical, or other grounds, and authorizes parents or legal guardians the same aforementioned objection (Sec. 2).
Prohibits a health care insurer that offers, issues, or delivers, or renews, a healthcare insurance plan in the group market from establishing new rules for eligibility based on the individual’s COVID-19 vaccination status (Sec. 3).
