  • Limits a group that is not a political party to contribute no more than $4,000 ($1,000 per year) in political contributions to a candidate or individual who conducts a write-in campaign as a candidate per campaign period (Sec. 3).

  • Limits a group that is not a political party to contribute no more than $5,000 to another group, nongroup activity, or political party per campaign period (Sec. 3).

  • Limits a nongroup entity to no more than $4,000 ($1,000 per year) in campaign contributions to another nongroup entity for the purpose of influencing the nomination or election of a candidate (Sec. 4).

  • Limits a group that is not a political party to contribute no more than $5,000 to a group or political party per campaign period (Sec. 4).

  • Limits campaign contributions to no more than $4,000 ($1,000 per year) to a joint campaign for a governor and lieutenant governor (Sec. 5).

  • Limits campaign contributions to no more than $8,000 ($2,000 per year) to a joint campaign for a governor and lieutenant governor (Sec. 5).

  • Prohibits out-of-state residents from contributing more than 25 percent of the total contributions made to a candidate during the campaign period (Sec. 7).
