Establishes Class H felony for breaking, entering into vehicles owned, operated by police, military (Sec. 1).
Establishes Class G felony for larceny of police, military equipment (Sec. 2).
Specifies criteria for expunction of certain misdemeanors, felonies (Sec. 2.3)(a)):
Differentiates between affidavit requirements, waiting periods for expunctions of misdemeanors and felonies; and
Only up to three nonviolent felonies may be expunged.
