Vote to pass a bill that prohibits the Department of Health and Human Services from enforcing vaccine or mask mandates.

Highlights:

• Prohibits the Department of Health and Human Services from requiring a child receive a EUA vaccination, wear a face mask, or be tested for COVID-19 if the child is asymptomatic, to do any of the following, including (Sec. 1):

• To enter or attend a school in the state;

• Ride a school bus or other school-related vehicle; or

• Participate in or attend a school-sponsored activity or event.

• Defines “EUA vaccination” as a vaccine authorized by the United States Food and Drug Administration for emergency use (Sec. 1).
