Highlights:

• Amends previous law to specify that the territory of a community reinvestment area designated by a municipal corporation will include only territory of the municipal corporation and will not include any unincorporated territory of the county (Sec. 1).

• Requires legislative approval and certification for the aforementioned community reinvestment area boundaries (Sec. 1).

• Requires the development services agency to publish on its publicly accessible website a list of all community reinvestment areas within the state (Sec. 1).
